Visiting Lincoln College

School visits

The Open Days are an ideal time to visit Oxford, but our Schools Liaison Officer can welcome school groups of prospective applicants to Lincoln College throughout the year. Our Year 12 programme typically includes an admissions talk, a tour of the College and an opportunity to meet current undergraduates.  Additional sessions on particular topics can also often be arranged.  If you would like to bring a group key stage four students to Oxford please see the Lincoln Taster Days information.

Please note that building works during 2012-13 will limit our freedom to host school groups at particular times of the year.  We apologise for any inconvenience, and will try to accommodate requests where we can.

Individual applicants

Individuals are very welcome to come and look around the College informally. Lincoln is normally open to the public daily from 2pm to 5pm.  Unfortunately, it is not possible to meet with tutors or current students except by attending an Open Day, or through a formal school visit.  You are advised to ring the lodge (01865 279800) in advance to check that the College is open on a particular day.

College Tours in School Vacations

We will be running stand-alone tours with current undergraduates for individual prospective applicants who would like to visit the college outside of an open day.  These will be taking place on:

14 February

21 February

3 April

5 April

Please write to schools.liaison@lincoln.ox.ac.uk  if you would like to book a place on a tour.
