For receptions, dinners and other occasions Lincoln College maintains a well-stocked cellar, and the Wine Steward, Nigel Wilson, is happy to give advice to members about the choice of wines if requested.

Wines from the classic regions of France are well represented, but in the course of the last twenty years or so it has come to be generally recognised that wines from other countries, both in the Old and the New World, offer excellent value and in some cases remarkably high quality.  The Lincoln cellar is wide-ranging and can provide a good selection of reasonably priced wines for everyday drinking as well as wines suitable for grander occasions.
