Arriving at College

Staircase 3 archway in Front Quad

We are looking forward to your arrival at Lincoln College. The majority of graduate students are expected to arrive on or around Sunday 1 October 2023, which is also when your accommodation contract begins.

You will have shared your scheduled arrival date with the Admissions Officer in the course of your application process. If you are granted College accommodation and there are any last-minute changes, please, make sure to contact Annaliese Griffiss, Accommodation Services Manager.

If you are travelling from abroad, please, check the International Students section.

In-Person Verification

When you arrive in College, you should go to see the Graduate Officer, Carmella, to complete your In-Person Verification. This is the final stage of the enrollment process, and you will be able to collect your Bod Card, IT information, and arrivals information pack once there. Your In-Person Verification can only be carried out if your admission is complete and you have returned all of the required College and University documentation. You will receive an email with Carmella’s availability shortly before the arrivals window.

Overseas students must upload copies of their passport ID page and Biometric Residence Permit/ visa to the College's secure visa portal prior to arrival. If you have an online eVisa, or pre-settled/settled status, you can obtain a sharecode from the Government website. You should then bring the original documents to your In-Person Verification session to be verified. Overseas students are not permitted to enroll until this process is complete.
