The University of Oxford runs a very large number of widening participation, widening access and student recruitment events each year, across the whole of the UK and internationally. These events are coordinated by colleges, departments, museums, the student union, and a central Undergraduate Admissions and Outreach team. Lincoln College is an active partner in and contributer to many of these events, some of which are highlighted here.
Oxford Pathways Programme
Lincoln was one of the founding colleges for the Oxford Pathways Programme, and the Schools Liaison Officer is part of the coordinating team.
Pathways is a series of free events for students in years 10-13 at targeted state schools in the UK. These events provide information and advice to students who have the potential to achieve Oxford's entry requirements. The programme is distinctive in the way it includes tailored projects for each year group. It is a collaboration between Oxford's undergraduate colleges, which work together to coordinate and run the events.
More information on the Oxford Pathways Programme can be found on its dedicated webpage.
