Here is a list of all the documents that must be completed, signed and posted to the Academic Administrator (Lincoln College, Turl Street, Oxford, OX1 3DR) by Friday 7th September 2018.

2. College Contract / College Contract for Visiting Students

3. University Card Form (not Visiting Students). The University's Terms and Conditions can be found here.

4. JCR Student Record Form

5. GP Registration Form and Health Questionnaire (put in a sealed envelope for confidentiality)

6. Bank Details Request Form

Don't forget to enclose your College Deposit and two passport-sized photographs.
